Ran 8 miles at the park, 68 + and sun. Got hot. Took a swim at the beach after. 50 mile week. Legs a little tired.

Ran 8 miles in 69+ and sun. Hot at the end. New granddaughter this morning - Hope Danielle.

Ran 8 miles on an easy day day. Legs tired. 69+ sun and humid.

Up and down Brewster

Ran 7 miles this morning with 9 minute pace in spots for speedwork. Weigh in at 179, 2 pounds lighter than my marathon weight last Oct. 60's with sun. Well ahead of last year.

Paint Creek Trail

Ran 7 miles in 68+ with high humidity. Biker told me the storms over the weekend blew down lots of trees and it was impassible yesterday but it was cleared for today. August muggies!

Up and down Brewster

I ran 6 miles this morning, 72 humid and sun. Legs feel better. Found 2 golf balls near the course.

Ran 6 miles at Stoney. Had scheduled 12 but too hot and humid and legs were not recovered from last night.
