I took Sunday off to work around the house, ran 4 miles at the Park Monday, and Friday ran 6 on Trail. Lungs are better, foot goes numb.

My hamstrings are healed, so I did a run/walk Tues, Wen. and Sat. for 6 miles on the trail. Getting better each day.

Update

My son in law got hurt, so they couldn't come in for Easter. We went to Wisconsin the following week and I ran 4 miles with Jerry on Glacier-Drumlin Trail. Later I played wiffleball with granddaughters and my back went out, I went down like I was shot, and both hamstrings were strained.
No running since then.
May 22 I did a 5k racewalk in Senior Olympics and got gold. Hamstrings were tender so I didn't blast it. I was signed up for 10k, but didn't run. If you're hurt, stay home.
Talked to 100 year old man who walked 1500 meters. My Hero!
