My family came in for the weekend, we had a birthday party for Kyla, and had chicken and saw fireworks in Frankenmuth. In the morning, Sean ran the 20k in 1:54, Jerry the 10k in 41 - first in age group, and I ran 5k with Kyla - her first race! We were thrilled.Jerry got a big beer stein, the most coveted trophy in Michigan racing. Great fun!

I ran 3 miles, my back was slightly out and I couldn't get it in until I got home.

I took Sunday off to work around the house, ran 4 miles at the Park Monday, and Friday ran 6 on Trail. Lungs are better, foot goes numb.
