July 3rd I met my son and daughter's families in Frankenmuth Michigan. After chicken dinner, we watched fireworks. July 4th morning, Sean, Jerry and I ran the 10k in Volkslaufe race, Jerry getting 3rd in age group. I wore Hansons team kit and had the team and Olympian Desi Davila cheering for me. Rested after race, and ran 3 times this week. Getting stronger.
