My back was still hurt but improving, so I got a few runs in and headed to Akron, Ohio to meet with Cardiac Athletes Forum and run 1/2 marathon. Got in late, got number and shirt, went to bed and up early to race. Did run/walk. Very hilly, and finished in baseball stadium. Met up with CA and spent afternoon with them. Left for home after dinner, sore.
Cheered for everyone at Brooksie way 1/2 marathon Oct. 2.
